- Graduate and/or Master Degree in Architecture from Famous Prestigious Universities
- Overseas Education and/or Professional Background
- A minimum of 8 years of working exp, China Exp mandatory
- Exp on working on large scale residential, commercial, high rise and retail projects
- Strong Conceptual Design Skills
- Ability to lead a design team of 5-10 people
- Good English Communication and Presentation skills
- Native Level of Chinese Mandarin Language
